HOW TO USE

To properly enjoy the maximum scent profile that EVODIÁ exudes with each product, follow these simple guidelines:

 

FRAGRANCE

  • Shake well to redistribute oils before use

  • Aromas last 6-8 hrs on skin

    • reactivates with body heat​, which allows for an 8+ hr application

  • Aromas last 3-4 hrs​ on surfaces

    • utilize as fabric spray or room spray​

  • Keep oils housed between 55 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit (12 and 22 degrees Celsius).

    • If above 72° F/22° C:​ allow to cool to room temperature before usage

    • If below 55° F/12 C°: allow to warm to room temperature before usage

  • DO NOT do the following:

    • Use if allergic to the following, for this may cause any mild to severe allergic reactions: Essential Oils, Jojoba Oil, and/or Alcohol​

    • ​​Ingest the contents within

    • Spray near open flames

    • Apply at or near any open sores/wounds

 

MASK REFRESHER SPRAYS

  • Shake well to redistribute oils before use

  • Indented for cloth mask use only

  • Shake well before use

    • Spray 2x on both the inside & outside of cloth mask for maximum effects​

  • After application, wait 1 minute to allow Refresher Spray properties to absorb

  • Aromas last 2-3 hrs on mask

  • NOT intended to used as a sanitizer or as a replacement for machine washing

  • Keep Mask Refresher Sprays housed between 55 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit (12 and 22 degrees Celsius).

    • If above 72° F/22° C:​ allow to cool to room temperature before usage

    • If below 55° F/12 C°: allow to warm to room temperature before usage

  • DO NOT do the following:

Prior to the purchase of any products or services, a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following for consumers (hereinafter “You”, "Your"): (i) Your name as it appears on the card, (ii) Your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration, and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge Your card or otherwise use a valid gift card. By submitting that information to EVODIÁ (hereinafter “We”, “Our” or “Us”), third party credit card processor, You agree that you authorize Us and/or Our processor to charge Your card at Our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization. All purchases will be charged at the time of the order, with confirmation of purchase order emailed within 24 hours. Please note that all prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). When using an EVODIÁ Coupon or an EVODIÁ Gift Certificate, enter promotion code in "Enter a promo code" field. Multiple coupons and/or gift certificates may not be used at one time. Gift certificates have a minimum purchase amount that is stated within the confirmation email upon receipt, along with the expiration date. Gift certificates must be used entirely at once and only once, which does not allow multiple purchases. Coupons have certain stipulations that must be meet before the field will recognize the code; an error message will inform you of what is missing to validate coupon. PAYMENT SECURITY

We handle all Customer Security through Wix. Our checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for Your purchases. TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This high standard of security means shopping with a credit card on Our page is secure, and ensures that Your data will under no circumstances be accessible by third parties.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS

From EVODIÁ collections (hereinafter “Product(s)”) displayed on the the site www.evodiafragrances.com (hereinafter, the “Site”) are offered for sale. The purchase of the Products on the Site is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or over or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence or if You are a minor, have a valid credit card where an adult has listed You as an authorized user of their card. For any product or service that You order on the Site, You agree to pay the price applicable (including any sales taxes and surcharges) as of the time You submit the order. The Products offered for sale on the Site can be purchased and shipped only to the countries indicated on the Site.

 

Before confirming and submitting a purchase order, You must carefully read and accept these Terms of Sale.  We recommend that You print or electronically store a copy of the Terms of Sale, together with a copy of the Privacy Policy and the information on the Site's return policy, for Your future reference. These Terms of Sale, together with the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of the Site contain the complete agreement between You and Us for the purchase of Products through the Site and supersede and replace any prior understandings whether oral or in writing.

 

By submitting a purchase order, You hereby accept and undertake to observe, in the performance of the contract with Us, these Terms of Sale. If You do not agree with any of the terms set out in the Terms of Sale, You may not submit the purchase order for the purchase of the Products on the Site. We are not responsible for any reactions that may occur from Product(s) sold; agreement to Terms of Sale, is subject to these terms as well. ORDER PROCEDURES & ACCEPTANCE

For each Product offered for sale on the Site, a picture of such Product will be displayed on the Site, together with the price, and the color variants and available sizes. Pictures of Products are provided purely to illustrate the Product and colors may contain slight and unintended graphical variations that may be impacted by the brightness of your computer screen or monitor. Size of Products is listed under the description of each Product.

To purchase a Product, You must select the Product(s) of interest, the color and the size. The Product(s) selected for purchase will be added to Your shopping cart. If the purchase procedure is not completed, all items in Your current shopping cart will be deleted and You will need to start a new purchase procedure. The sales procedure will be considered concluded only when You submit the purchase order to Us by clicking the “Pay Now” button at the end of the check-out process. To submit the order, You will be required to (i) provide Your personal information, including Your email, shipping and billing address, the payment details and (ii) accept these Terms of Sale by ticking the relevant check box. Before submitting the order, You are invited to carefully review the summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each Product You ordered, the details of the shipping costs applicable to Your order, the conditions to no returns and the Privacy Policy.

It is possible to correct errors in the information entered during the purchase process up to the submission of the order by following the specific Amendment Procedure provided on the Site. Once the order is submitted You will not be able to amend it.

After the submission of the order, We will send You an email to the email address You entered during the purchase procedure to confirm that We have received the order and is processing it (the “ Order Confirmation”). Consumers will be able to access their orders at any time through the “My Account” section on the Site or by contacting Us by e-mail at evodiafragrances@gmail.com. Please note that order confirmation email does constitute acceptance by Us of Your order. The order will be accepted by Us and Your payment method will be charged at the time of the Product(s) You ordered. At this point, We will send You an email that confirms that Your order has been accepted and the Product(s) has been shipped (the “Shipping Confirmation”).

Orders placed on Site are intended for personal use and not for re-sale. Therefore, We reserve the right to refuse orders made for multiple SKUs of the same product or by any persons We consider as not having the requirements to place a purchase without any need to provide the reasons for the same. We reserve the right to refuse and decline orders which, in its sole discretion, that appear to be placed by dealers and/or distributors.

Sale Prices are final at time of purchase of Product(s) and can not be granted after Product(s) have shipped. Multiple discount(s) codes can not be applied to one transaction; one code per transaction allowed.  All promotions end at 2359:59 (11:59:59 pm) CST of last date posted, advertising promotion. Promotion(s)/Discount(s) are only advertised on Site and Site(s) social media pages; Facebook: Evodiá Fragrances, Instagram: evodiafragrance, Radio/Podcasts: reset:RETHINK. Any promotion(s)/discount(s) obtained anywhere else, may not be valid and/or accepted.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to products being made at time of order, we will not accept any returns or grant any refunds.

 

If there is an issue with shipping delay, damaged Product(s), or received incorrect Product(s) that varies from purchase agreement, email evodiafragrances@gmail.com, and a response will be provided within 48 hours to further discuss unfortunate circumstance; an additional 24 hrs may occur on weekends/holidays.

All Sales are final and apply to Terms & Conditions listed above.

TAXES & FEES

We are a black owned small business and all taxes and fees have been automatically applied to every Product(s) that is displayed on the Site. No additional taxes will be applied upon checkout - shipping fees will still apply.

 SHIPPING & HANDLING

For expedited service orders, the order must be placed by 3 pm CST, Monday-Friday, in order to be shipped same day; VIP Package(s) cannot be expedited same day of purchase but can be after consultation is completed. Any orders over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Any orders over the holidays will be shipped on next available non-holiday and non-weekend day.

Please note that all orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if We are unable to verify Your purchase in time this can delay Your shipment. Orders are usually confirmed, packaged and dispatched the same business at time order is placed. An additional email, within 24 hrs after receiving purchase order confirmation email, will be sent with package tracking information.

The USPS calculator provides approximate shipping rates based on the type of package and service you use - meaning the rates are tailored to each order. Any orders that exceed 1 lb, will automatically be upgraded to USPS Priority Shipping/USPS Priority Mail International per USPS shipping weight policy.

We can only deliver packages to the address that was requested when Your order was placed. We will not re-route any packages and do not offer USPS location pickup service. If USPS is unable to confirm delivery method with Us, a refund will be provided on Product(s) purchased directly to the card that was on file for purchase;

ie. unable to delivery to a specific country or PO BOX.
