Refill time? We keep your custom formula on file. Stop by The Perfume Bar and we’ll remake your signature scent and fill your bottle. Need it mailed to you? No worries, we can easily do that (shipping fees separate). Pricing: Refill: $25 per bottle
Cancellation Policy
Who’s eligible: Refills are available for any Evodia custom formula we have on file. What’s included: We remake your exact formula and fill your bottle. If you are unable to stop into the store to get a refill, we can mail you a refill bottle (shipping prices not included). Pricing: $25 per 30 ml / 1 oz bottle. How to refill: Bring your clean, empty Evodia bottle to The Perfume Bar, or provide your name and formula and we can mail you a bottle and funnel, so you can refill it yourself. If your original bottle is lost/damaged, a replacement bottle can be provided at the posted bottle price. Formula changes: Refills are for existing formulas only. Any tweaks or new blends are treated as a new custom creation and follow current creation pricing. Turnaround: Most single-bottle refills are completed during a typical visit. Larger quantities may require additional time; we’ll advise at checkout. Returns & safety: Refills are final sale. Please share any allergies or sensitivities before we fill. Record keeping: We keep your custom blend on file for future refills. If we can’t locate a record, we’ll help you recreate it during a new custom session.
