At Evodia’s Perfume Bar, design a fragrance that’s unmistakably you. Explore 160+ premium oils, layer your favorite notes with guidance from our scent stylists, then decorate your bottle at the creation station. Walk out wearing your new signature and come back anytime to refill it. Perfect for any Birthday, Wedding, or Event Celebration. We can host up to 30 people at a time or can travel to you! *travel fee applies* Pricing is per person: $25 - Consultation - applies to booking 1 hour session for custom scent experience: this is the deposit required, non-refundable Bottle Pricing: $35 - Custom scent (2-4 oils) + 15ml/.5oz bottle decoration $50 - Custom scent (4-7 oils) + 30ml/1oz bottle decoration $100 - Custom scent (4-7 oils) + 30ml/1oz handmade bottle *takes 5-7 days to make* *Minimum 1 hour, with an additional 15 mins per guest added*
Cancellation Policy
Booking Request: Please submit 3 preferred dates and start times for your private Perfume Bar session. Evodia will approve the date/time that fits our schedule and reach out to confirm your reservation. Deposit & Consultation Fee: A $25 consultation fee per guest is required to reserve your approved date/time. This fee acts as your deposit and is applied to each guest’s purchase on the day of the event. Deposits are non-refundable. Headcount & Timing: Final guest count is due 24 hours before your event (used for staffing and materials). Experiences typically run 60–90 minutes depending on group size. Reschedules & Cancellations: Rescheduling is permitted; your deposit transfers to the new date (subject to availability). No-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit for the affected guests. Cancellations after confirmation are non-refundable. Day-Of Expectations: Please arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten the experience. Outside food/drink is allowed. Safety & Allergies: We work with essential oils & jojoba oil, please be aware of any allergies that may arise. Please inform us of allergies or sensitivities before your session. Your Formula: Your custom blend formula is kept on file for future refills at the posted refill rate. Payment: Remaining balances are due at the event (major cards and cash accepted).
