Join us in The Perfume Bar, at our Scents & Sips Events! Explore 180+ premium oils, layer your favorite notes with guidance from our scent stylists, then decorate your bottle at the creation station. This is a unique, interactive experience where you can craft your own custom scent in a vibrant group setting. Personalize your beautifully decorated bottle while savoring themed cocktails and delicious snacks. Transform your beautiful memories into exquisite fragrances that capture the essence of every occasion. Walk out wearing your new signature and come back anytime to refill it. Join Evodia Fragrances on October 20 from 6:00–9:00 PM for an enchanting Halloween edition of Scents & Sips - an interactive evening of fragrance, creativity, and seasonal fun! Get a free DIY Potpourri kit with your booking! Create a personalized fragrance inspired by your favorite memories, moods, and scent notes. After designing your signature blend, choose your bottle and learn the beautiful craft of Decoupage! Custom Scent Experience The custom scent-creation experience is $50, plus your choice of bottle: 10ml bottle (Clear Glass: 1-2 oils): $25 — $75 total 15ml bottle (Clear Glass: 3-4 oils): $35 — $85 total 30ml bottle (Clear Glass: 5-7 oils): $50 — $100 total 30ml bottle (Stained Glass: 5-7 oils): $50 — $105 total All future refills are only $25! DIY Potpourri Experience Create your own 7oz seasonal potpourri blend with your booking, featuring decorative botanicals and your choice of fragrance. The evening will also feature themed cocktails, mocktails, and snacks. Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and food. Cancellation Policy
Booking Request: These are public dates and are not offered at other times. The events are themed and change every time. Deposit & Consultation Fee: A $35 consultation fee per guest is required to reserve your spot. This fee acts as your deposit and is applied to each guest’s purchase on the day of the event; which includes a cocktail/mocktail and snacks. Deposits are non-refundable. Headcount & Timing: If you are having a large group come to an event, please let us know so we can be sure to accommodate you. This is open seating. Reschedules & Cancellations: Rescheduling is permitted; your deposit transfers to a new date (subject to availability). No-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit for the affected guests. Cancellations after confirmation are non-refundable. Day-Of Expectations: Please arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten the experience. Outside food/drink is allowed. Safety & Allergies: We work with essential oils & jojoba oil, please be aware of any allergies that may arise. Please inform us of allergies or sensitivities before your session. Your Formula: Your custom blend formula is kept on file for future refills at the posted refill rate. Payment: Remaining balances are due at the event (major cards and cash accepted).
